Ivy is a feminine symbol denoting a force in need of protection. On my travels in Dublin, I walked through the Iveagh Gardens during a time when I needed to tread through life lightly in order to protect my heart and mind. This place marked the beginning of detoxing a lot of unhealed wounds and allowed me to finally take steps towards a version of me that was more patient and kind to myself. The string of ivy is synonymous to the building of boundaries - choose to consume only the good, learn to accept that not everything needs an answer and remind yourself that most of life’s happenings exist in the grey
